Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God. – Romans 15:7.

Eager young minds returned to our campuses on Wednesday 1 February to begin the 2023 school year. I extend a warm St Joseph’s College welcome to our returning students and their families, as well as to our new students and families.

Over the course of three days, students across all year levels started to embrace college life and settle into new routines. Those in Years 9–12 rediscovered the familiarity of the Enright Campus. The Year 8 cohort convened at the Mercy Campus, their home for the year. Our new Year 7 students enjoyed exploring the college thanks to fun games, quizzes, and other activities in their brand new Induction Booklets. (These were a big hit! Photos below.)

Over the months and weeks, we will continually strive to achieve our personal and collective best while celebrating all forms of success as part of the Year of Excellence. I look forward to sharing many moments which demonstrate the college’s shared dedication to our motto, ‘Virtue Conquers’.

God bless.
