Head of Learning and Diversity
St. Joseph’s College Mildura are seeking an exceptional Head of Learning & Diversity to lead and inspire our growing Learning Diversity team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator and leader who is committed to creating inclusive learning environments and driving positive outcomes for students with diverse learning needs.
This position is open to Registered teachers seeking a leadership opportunity with a 0.8 Head of Learning & Diversity role and a 0.2 teaching load.
About the Role
As Head of Learning & Diversity, you will lead the strategic development and delivery of inclusive practices across the College. You will champion student voice, advocate for equitable access to learning, and support staff in implementing evidence-based adjustments that enable all students to participate, achieve and belong.
You will lead a dedicated and growing team of Learning Support Officers and work collaboratively with teachers, families, allied health professionals and external agencies to ensure students receive the support they need to flourish academically, socially and emotionally.
As well as holding valid VIT registration, the successful applicant will be a passionate and experienced educator with a commitment to inclusive learning. They will be a strong relationship builder who can lead and support staff, work collaboratively with families, and ensure every student is known, supported and able to succeed.

Classroom Teacher – Technology
12 Month Contract Position Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
Commencing in Term 1, 2027, this exciting opportunity is based at our new Mercy Junior Campus. The successful applicant will teach Years 7-10 Materials Technology (Wood) and play a key role in inspiring students through hands-on, practical learning experiences. The ability to teach either Year 9 Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or VCE Systems Engineering would be an advantage and will enable the successful candidate to further enrich our growing Technology program.
