ENROLMENTS YEAR 7, 2021

Year 7, 2021 is filling fast.

PERSONALISED TOURS

The Catholic Education Commission of Victoria (CECV) and Diocese of Ballarat have determined that personalised tours of the college can no longer be conducted. Please view our virtual tours.

For further information please contact Mrs Tracy Aston by telephone (03) 5018 8034 or email taston@sjcmda.vic.edu.au.

2021 STUDENT RETURN

It would be appreciated if parents could advise Mrs Tracy Aston, Admissions and Communications Manager, either by telephoning 5018 8034 or via email to taston@sjcmda.vic.edu.au before the end of Term 3, Friday September 18 if your son or daughter is not returning to the college for 2021.

As per our fee policy (point 14.3) in instances where a student exits the college without providing one term’s notice in writing or equivalent, one term’s fees will apply.  The college makes important budgeting decisions in advance on staffing and the provision of resources based on student numbers.  This is the reason the late withdrawal charge is strictly applied.

ENROLMENT APPLICATIONS FOR YEARS 8-12

The college welcomes prospective parents and students of our community! We know that making a decision about finding the ‘right’ secondary college is important. St Joseph’s College provides a Catholic education built on the tradition of Mercy values. To learn more about us we invite you to read our college prospectus and explore the enrolments section of the website.

Please direct any enrolment applications/enquiries for Years 7 to 12 to our Admissions and Communications Manager, Mrs Tracy Aston on (03) 5018 8034 or email taston@sjcmda.vic.edu.au. We look forward to meeting with you and ensuring that your family’s experience is all that you hope it to be.
